How to fill online application form (Demo)

Application Procedure: Before starting the application process please read the below instructions carefully and make sure to keep your education related documents handy. Also you need to make payment of Rs. 600/- (for MSW) and Rs. 200/- (for MAMR) as processing of application. For Depositing the amount, see the bank details:

(Note: Amount can be deposited using NEFT/RTGS facility from any other bank if branch of Union Bank of India is not present in your area. If the payment is done through online process screenshot of the payment done needs to be attached along with application form.)

Steps for Online Submission of Application Form how to apply section of admission

Step 1:  Go to the website www.csrd.edu.in

Step 2:  Click the Admission Section on the website scroll down and click on Apply Online 2023-25. Fill up the Online Application form and press Submit button.

Step 3: After the submission next screen will generate your Web Form No. (WFA No) and your email I.D. Please note down your WFA No. for further process.

Step 4: Visit the online registration system again. Click the Admission Section and scroll down for Submit Online section which is next to Apply Online 2023-25. Fill in the WFA No., Email I.D. transaction ID/ D.D. / Challan No., method of payment and other details and press the Submit button.

Step 5: After the submission next screen will provide you a printable version of the form you filled in. Take the print out of the application form along with the admit card and send/submit the hard copy of application form and required documents to Director, CSRD-ISWR, Station Road, Ahmednagar-414001 (MS).

You will receive acknowledgement on submission of application form and you will be informed by email on the email mentioned in your application form about the date and time of your entrance test. You must mention your own email and mobile number in the application form.   

List of documents to be enclosed along with application form at the time of entrance test:

1. HSC (Class XII) mark-sheet

2.Graduation mark-sheet (if appeared, second year mark-sheet)

3.Proof of category (Caste certificate / baptism certificate for Christian minority candidates)

4.Proof of payment done (DD / NEFT receipt / screen shot of online payment of Rs. 600)

5. Autobiographical Sketch (please see below a model format for the autobiographical sketch of the previous year)
